Common Core State Standards (CCSS)

In 2010, California adopted the (CCSS) to identify what skills and knowledge students should learn in each grade across all subjects. Burbank USD selected state-approved curriculum in , , , and Social Studies to teach these standards.

Teachers utilize various instructional strategies in harmony with curricular resources to teach these standards to students.
